Family Event Catering

July 29th, 2013

This year I decided to do something a little bit different with my family reunion. The past couple of years I was just an attendant, but this year I was asked to be in charge of the food. Every year it’s something pretty boring and cheap, or it’s something that’s homemade and unreliable. So instead of doing the same old tubs of generic Costco sandwiches this year, I decided to get Pizzeria 712’s pizza catering. Not only was the food delicious, but it added a great sense of calmness and casualness that we desperately needed at our overbearing family reunions.

Reunions in my family generally aren’t that great; you’ve got the annoying relatives who want to pinch your cheeks, the cousins who want you to go in on a business deal with them, and the older grandparents who sadden you with the knowledge of where life eventually goes. The biggest problems were the seating arrangements. You always wound up sitting next to someone you didn’t want to talk to. However, with pizza catering, we avoided all of those problems. By getting pizza catering for our family reunion we figured out that you didn’t have to have specific seating arrangements, you could just keep it casual and spend time with the people you enjoy the most.

The pizza catering was a great choice, and especially because it was catered by an actual restaurant, not just ordering a bunch of generic pizzas from a generic place. Pizzeria 712 provided a personal touch with their catering, and their pizza was amazing. I got so many compliments from relatives who I initially thought didn’t approve of me. They loved the pizza and thought it really made the family reunion enjoyable. So the next time you’re tasked with providing the food for an occasion that you normally would find unbearable, go to Pizzeria 712 for your catering needs.
